BigRed V4 30" Vastex DTG Infrared Conveyor Dryer
BigRed V4 Series dryers are the biggest, most powerful dryers for high-production commercial shops. These machines can do it all!
Offered in either 30" (76 cm) or 54" (137 cm) belt widths with a 54"(137 cm) long heating chamber, they feature dual heating zones and four infrared heaters that can cure digital white ink, plastisol ink, water-based ink and discharge at ultra-high rates!
All BigRed dryers feature two independent air systems: a 600 cfm exhaust which draws down through the belt and removes moisture and fumes completely, and a 400 cfm "make-up air" system that filters lint and contaminates from air entering the heating chamber.
In addition, these models feature dual temperature controls for the four heaters, and a unique cooling bed at the exit that accelerates garment cooling for quick removal. Other safety features include a "cool down mode" for powering down, and a light tower to easily monitor dryer status.
