    I purchased the Hotronix Heat Press Caddie by accident; not knowing that it wasn’t compatible with my heat press.
    I gave them a call and explained the situation. Leah was so helpful and she’s pretty darn cool on top of that! Every thing was resolved in no time at all! I am very pleased and would definitely order from then again.
