The Environment for the Printer.
Room Temperature
Must keep printer above 61°F (16˚C) to 90°F (40˚C)
Humidity
Critical to the printer’s Operation
Must keep above 45% RH MINIMUM!
The Higher the humidity, the better.
- •Control environment using a non- condensing, non-misting humidifier
Heat press
Must be placed far enough away as to not affect air near the printer If you can feel heat inside your printer, it’s too close.
Maintenance Schedule
Daily
Nozzle Check: If your nozzle check is good, that is all you need to do for that day. If it is not follow the steps below until it is.
Print Head Clean Nozzle Check#2 (if it is good you are done, if not…)
Print Head Clean #2 Nozzle Check #3 (if it is good you are done, if not…)
Print Head Clean #3 Nozzle Check #4 (if it is good you are done, if not…)
Ink Charge using the SPRINT Utility program
Nozzle Check #5 (If the nozzle checks still bad you may have clogging issues in the ink delivery system.)

Shake white ink cartridges
Clean the Maintenance Station and edges of Print Head.
